Installation procedure

All installations are carried out based on sound judgement gained from consultation with the client. In order to ensure that your installation is completed in the most appropriate and professional way we adopt the following procedure:
- An initial concept meeting is conducted with the client to ascertain the key priorities
- A site survey and feasibility assessment are carried out to ensure that your installation requirements can be achieved in the desired location
- You will receive confirmation that the site survey has been carried out and any problems identified during the site survey will be reported
- If any problems are identified during the site survey an alternate solution will be proposed to rectify the situation.
- You will receive a projected date for the equipment to be installed at the required site(s).
- Upon your approval we will confirm the installation date
- Once the system is installed diagnostic testing will be carried out to ensure you receive a seamless service
- Finally the system will be signed off as live and fully operational
Once the installation is completed it doesn’t end there, our watchdog software allows us to remotely check your system every day to ensure everything is working correctly. Community Image has gained a reputation for developing mutually beneficial long-term business relationships with its clients.
