Once we receive your call informing us that you wish to advertise on one of our visual communication systems, we will then provide you with detailed guidance on how to proceed.

You will be assisted by one of our team who will answer any questions you may have and advise you how to proceed.
You will be advised on the advertising options available to best suit your needs. Advertising styles range from a Still image, Flash animation or Video.
We can offer you a message board facility which will add value to your advert and allow you to add, alter or update text messages direct from your own PC whenever you wish.
Our design studio will assist you to construct your advertisement.
We will provide you with your own unique reference number for security purposes. It will be helpful if this number is quoted on all correspondence.
We will agree a deadline date for your artwork/advertisement to reach us.
We will advise you when you advert is live on screen and, for those advertisers with message boards, at the same time send you your message board login in details.
We will forward a contract to you requiring signature. This will authorize us to proceed with your advert.
